Founded in 2022, PHRT acquired the Limetree Bay Refinery, a premier refining facility with over $3.36 billion in capital investment. Our leadership team brings over 40 years of industry expertise, driving our vision to establish PHRT as a world-class hub for renewable fuels.
Responsible growth
At PHRT, while we actively pursue initiatives to reduce our carbon footprint and transition toward renewable energy sources, our primary function remains refining crude oil and fuel products. With a total operational throughput capacity of ~210 Mbps and advanced refining technologies like the largely delayed coker, we are committed to optimizing production efficiency while balancing environmental responsibility. Our operations aim to meet global energy demands responsibly, ensuring a steady supply of diverse fuel grades to our markets.
